Gorgeous room in lovely house with ace housemate

Hi,
My current housemate is moving back to her mums to be closer to work and her family so her room in our beautiful house is for rent. She is flexible with when she moves so we can work with you!

This house is amazing, I know it's mine so I'm biased but it is lovely. I rent the house off lovely couple who live nearby and are really helpful and generous landlords. The house is beautifully decorated throughout and really modern. There is a living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs. Outside is a decked yard which gets the sun all day! Upstairs are two bedrooms (one of which will be yours!) and a big bathroom which has a shower over the bath.

It's on a lovely quiet dead end road and the neighbours are really friendly and look out for you.

The house rent is £750 a month, my room is bigger so I pay the lions share meaning the room is £300 a month plus £150 bills - these include

*Sky
*Broadband
*Landline phone
*Cleaner once a week

The room will then be given a thorough clean by professionals and is yours should you want it after that.

I have lived in this house since February and love the location. It's 5 minutes in a car from J2 or J3 of the M60, it's on a bus route into Stockport, it's 5 minutes in a car to Parrs wood complex and Didsbury (£5 in a taxi) and it's a 5 minute walk from Cheadle which has lots of great restaurants and pubs in the evening and some fab shops in the day. The pub at the end of the road is great too with a nice food menu and lovely atmosphere.

There is only me in the house, I'm a teacher and work in Salford. I'm a really social person and have an active life outside of work so I am out quite a bit. Ideally Im looking for someone who is wanting to share a house, the odd glass of wine or night out or takeaway in front of the tv when it all gets too much!

I'm single so who ever moves in wont be living with me and my boyfriend!

The landlord wants whoever moves in to go in the tenancy agreement with me for 6 months, so we would be equal on the tenancy. There is a £450 deposit to pay which is my current housemates so that would be due along with the first months rent on moving in day.
