We live in a spacious detached house, which commands an elevated position, set back from Stockport Road West.

The available room is a double en-suite with an extra large walk in shower on the first floor. It has a large mirrored corner wardrobe with a double chest of drawers and a bedside table.

One of the main benefits fo the house is its size. Many other house shares cram as many bedrooms into the property as possible to maximise profits at the expense of those living there. That is not the case here.

The extra large kitchen diner includes a breakfast bar, a double oven with six gas rings and a large 'American style' fridge freezer and plenty of cupboards. Therefore, you'll have your very own cupboard as well as your own shelf in the fridge and freezer.

The washing machine is in a separate utility room and is a great place for drying clothes.

The large rear garden is a hub for nature. It's fully enclosed. We have 4 chickens that provide us with fresh eggs daily. (We don't have a cockerel so there is no early morning wakeup call).
