There is a lounge located in the loft conversion which is large and spacious to chill in, a recently refurbished kitchen for your own cooking (with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave oven, normal oven and an American fridge freezer with chilled water on tap) and in the garage, a washing machine and utility sink.
You will have use of the secluded gardens which are mainly to lawn with a good sized decking area to the rear to relax in

This property is only a 10 minute walk to leafy Bramhall village, 5/6 minute walk to Bramhall railway station (direct trains to Stockport, Macclesfield and Manchester) and there are bus stops very close by. There is also the advantage of being within walking distance of the historical Bramall Hall and Park, Happy Valley and it is only a short driving distance to Lyme Park (an exceptional National Trust property). Manchester Airport 10-15mins.

We are looking for mature (25+) tidy, clean professional people (teacher or clerical) new to the area looking for a temporary base, to share the house ideally Monday to Fridays, but occasional weekends would be fine.
