I am a German IT Professional searching for a Flatshare / Studio / 1 Bed in M3, M6 or with access to west part of citycenter. Should have a parking space and en suites preferred. I am an experienced flat and house sharer and an asset to everyone sharing with me. (can repair everything from lighbulb to wahing mashine) I am quite easy, working long hours and most weekends away.
